REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE

Of course we hope that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not we are happy to refund/exchange your items within 14 days from date of receipt. Any refund/exchanges outside this period will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse a product that does not meet our requirements.

Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or refund under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn and in brand new unwashed condition, in the original packaging and the original labels attached. We don’t accept items that have been alerted, damaged or worn.
  • A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.
  • Exchanges for sizing or faulty items are subject to stock availability, exchanges are not accepted for style changes.
  • The item is returned within 14 days of receipt.

We strongly advise that you use a signed for postal service/courier to return the item as we are unable to refund for any orders which get lost in the post and that you keep your proof of posting documents until we confirm that we have received the item.

Once the item has been approved for return and received by us, we will exchange and/or refund the payment debit/credit card for the sum paid (minus postage costs).

Please note all additional postage is at the expense of the customer. We do not cover shipping costs for refund or exchanged goods, we will however send out exchanged items at our own cost. Please note refund/exchange does not apply to sale items.

Faulty Items and Damage

All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at info@miniicon.ie and we will organise a replacement for you.

Please Note: faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.

Colours

Dear customer please note: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products. However, as computer monitor vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Pricing and Payments

Prices are in Euro. All payments are processed online securely by PayPal and no card details are stored by the site.
